World Rural Forum’s contribution to the online discussion organized by FAO on Hunger, Food Security and Nutrition.

The World Rural Forum has participated in a recent online consultation on Hunger, Food Security and Nutrition, organized by FAO, around the Millennium Development Goals and the post-2015 agenda.

The document prepared by WRF’s content department establishes the need to make very specific goals to improve the situation of Family Farming, in general, and women farmers, in particular. It is also claimed that the main actors of the process, women and men family farmers, should actively participate in the definition of these goals.
